SENEGALESE-AMERICAN pop singer and producer Akon's Jan 8 concert at the Singapore Indoor Stadium has been cancelled.
Local concert promoter Entangle, which organised the concert, said in a statement yesterday that it had 'no choice' but to cancel the show because of 'unexpected circumstances'. It did not elaborate.
No new date has been scheduled.
Ticket holders will get a full refund either through Sistic or by calling the booking hotline, 6744-6155.
Those who bought their tickets online with credit cards will be refunded through their banks.
Those who already have tickets can claim their refunds by taking the tickets and proof of identity to the Sistic Box Office at the Singapore Indoor Stadium, 2 Stadium Walk, #01-08.
