- Another great album from Z-Ro - 4.5 stars
I'm still rather new to Z-Ro, having only got my first album of his in late 2005, since then I now own 5 of his album, and everyong is a great album, King of da Ghetto being no exception. This is the only pre Rap-A-Lot album of his I own (I will be getting a few more), and it's just as good as any of his other one, if not better. Definitely one of the best rappers from the south, or in that case in all of rap. His flow is great, his stories, songs, and lyrics are great and often very deep and personal. On this one you get 13 songs, I'd say 2 are almost classic material (and botha re Z-Ro solos), 2 or 3 are ok, and the rest are good or real good sogns. Guests are on 9 of the songs, and other then his A.B.N. mate/cousin Trae, I never heard of any of the others. No production credits are given, but only 1 or 2 songs is it average, the rest are godd or great. A must have album.
#1 - 8.5 (f/ Trae)
#2 - 8 (f/ Den Den)
#3 - 8 (f/ Wood & Chill)
#4 - 9 (f/ Den Den)
#5 - 7.5 (f/ Slim Chance & Trae)
#6 - 9.5
#7 - 9 (f/ Wood & Trae)
#8 - 9.5
#9 - 7 (f/ Mussolini)
#10 - 7 (f/ Slim Chance & den Den)
#11 - 8.5 (f/ Den Den)
#12 - 8.5 (deep song)
#13 - 8.5 (another deeper one)

- Great Artist, Deep Lyrics.....
Z-RO is probably one of the best rappers ever to hit the game. (He doesnt get the credit he deserves). If i could give this cat the money he deserves i sho would. His lyrics can never be duplicated, (like tupac) and they are extremely deep along with created cleverly and accurate.
Buy Every CD that has come out by Z-RO. In one sentence, Z-Ro has lyrics deep as tupacs, and amazing production all put together to be one of the best rap albums out.
- z ro tha king
man ima tel yall straight up, ive been listinen to this nigga since 99 and him and trae r the only niggas i can relate when it has to do with strugglin and servin feins on these streets 1 deep. if im ever goin thru a struggle thas really gettin me down i sit down and listen to pain (thats on this album) then i kno im not tha one havin it the worst, this man has had it bad and put all his struggle and pain onto his cds. if u a real nigga u gon feel him, i put that on tha C^. and if u dont want to give this man a chance, to tell yu tha truth he dont really need u, but from me, fucc u die slowley nigga
- King of da Ghetto
