The production on this album is pretty good, I must admit, but coupled with the lackluster performances of most of the artists, it takes the album doesn't reach its potential. I don't really believe a lot of people expected a lot of lyrical originality from this album. Let's be honest. With the exception of Wayne, Drake, and Nikki, Young Money is a label full of mediocre rappers, and I do mean "rappers", not "artists". There is a difference. And the fore mentioned "artists" are the only ones that are strong enough to stand alone in the industry, as solo artists. How is anyone with a respectable IQ supposed to take you seriously? They were too afraid to stray away from the cookie cutter cliché rap album: formula (money, sex, guns, and drugs). It's so old. I can't even call this an album. An album would have a theme, a story, a central message. This is just a bunch of songs on a CD. 2 stars are very generous.

PS: It's ok to disagree with me because everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but If you must post a reply, don't leave a short, inarticulate, response like, "This is fye", or "Why you hatin". It only shows how truly stupid you are and you should not be allowed on the internet. Any monkey with a computer could do that. Make you point. Back it up with facts.

This is complete crap. Every other word is f this f that. The state of hip hop is in distress when stuff like this is what is on the market. I wish someone would take a stand and refuse to play and buy music that objectifies women and is a disgrace to the African American community. Our children are our future and if this is what they are listening to then we are in trouble!

- Young Money 4ever!!!1!!!

I bought this CD a few months back and I am still banging it almost everyday. There are some really good songs on this CD. My favorite is " Pass The Dutch " - just a cold song that almost anyone can relate to. And I saw someone say that " all the beats sound the same " ? Obviously that person hasn't listened to the CD, because that's just not the case. " We Steady Mobbin " is definitely the #1 Banger on the CD. A cold beat and Weezy & Gucci Murder it. And anyone who lovesssssss girls like I do will definitely bang " Bedrock " -- it's one of my all time fav songs ever! I Can Make Your BEDROCK GIRL! Ha Ha Ha

So, without a doubt, this CD is a classic. I'll listen to it till the day I die, that's for sure!
