- PRETTY GOOD, BUT NOT THE BEST
Twiztid is one of the top bands on ICP's record label, PSychopathic Records. On their second edition of Cryptic Collections, Twiztid did a pretty good job of making great rhymes that were ICP worthy or just made you laugh. I REMEMBER shows how Twiztid can have a soft side to their music, even though their known for their style of rap. I DON'T CARE was a good mix of metal and rap, and with an ICP guest appearance on it, just made the song a lot better. SHE AIN'T AFRAID was a pretty funny song about a girl that will do anything (if you catch my drift.) JUGGALO PARTY was a huge song with appearances from blaze ya dead homie and Anybody killa. My favorite song on the record was the remix of their hit WE DON'T DIE. I still like the original version off FREEK SHOW, but i liked how they totally took the rock element out of it and gave you a pretty good hip-hop mix. I would recommend this record to fans of Twiztid, but i would not consider this their best record.
- Cryptic Collection 2 Yo
Alright, since I'm the first person to review this, lemme give you the low-down.. Cryptic Collection 2 is a fresh CD, but only if you're a die-hard Twiztid fan, who also happens to know about the House of Krazees(Twiztid's former group) The CD contains a lot of cuts and songs from Twiztid's HOK days, some which shamelessly don't contain the 3rd House of Krazees member, ROC. Example: Murder Murder Murder. If you never heard the real, HOK version of this I'd suggest you download that. Twiztid come hard on this song, although it was previously on Psychopathic from Outer Space. Another HOK cut without ROC is Homebound. A good song, but again, it lacks ROC. The newer tracks are basically the highlight of the CD. Juggalo Party, Drunken Ninja Master, and She Ain't Afraid are probably the 3 best tracks on the CD. Again, a good CD for "Juggalos", bad for regular mainstream fans who don't know Twiztid.
