- C.M. raises the bar even higher in their higher def. release
AMAZING !!!! I just don't see them ever putting out a bad album. In fact, with every new album they only get better and better. This album is just AMAZING! I can't say enough. I can honestly say that there isn't a track I don't like....seriously! From the 1st song to the last 2 bonus tracks..YOU WILL NOT BE DISSAPOINTED !!!! The lyrics, the flow, the blazing tracks....WOW!!!!!! No one is even close to these cats...not even close to their level!!!! they never shy from the Word and their lyrical concepts and wordplay is top notch. For example, in the track; "Card shark", C.M. illustrates particular lifestyles with a deck of cards...Of course, God is the King of Hearts. In "Epiphany", they use a line from "the matrix" movie, where Neo asks why does his eyes hurt...and Morpheous responds with..."because you have never used them before"...Illustrating how blind we are, until we come to the realization of Christ.
Every song could play on secular radio (if they allowed Godly lyrics). I love so many tracks, like the song; "big words" which is produced like a 50 cent track. Don't just take my word, buy it...Today!!!!!!!

- Pure Word of God - A Stunning Work
Higher Definition by the Cross Movement is a stunning work, an album that really has no visible weakness. Cross Movement really delivers on this one. The sheer amount of Word that they put out on this album is incredible. Definitely buy this album. This is one ministry that deserves support.

- Pretty Good Album...
I'm just starting to get into gospel rap, considering the new talent that's now starting to emerge. I've yet to hear a Cross Movement album that I can listen to from beginning to end without interruption, and this one is no exception. My favorite song up here is 'Lord You Are', which is one of the best 'rap songs' I've ever heard period. The lyrics are definately on point and the Message is direct and easy to understand. If they can make the lyrical content and production mesh a little better, I'm sure they can make a truly genuine and perfect album. Still, this is definately a great inclusion in the Cross Movement discography. |
