Disco de South Park Mexican: “When Devils Strike [PA]”
Descripción (en inglés) :
Carlos Coy--South Park Mexican--is a hardcore Chicano rapper from Houston who was serving a 45-year prison sentence when this 2006 album was released, watching it land at #46 on the Billboard charts. It features grisly rhymes about the gangsta lifestyle and Latino street culture, as well as hazy odes to his true love, Mary Jane (and he's not talking about a lady here), played out over woozy H-Town production.

- Moving Mountains From Prison

Spm/Carlos Coy, my home boy. This is his first album from prison. It was released at number 19 on album sales in the world. This is for a rapper who gets little to no radio play. This has never happened in any music genre let alone underground rap. This is the dopest music to come from anywhere and if you cant feel it then your hater. I dont care if your a fan or were a fan. He started out with 100 tapes, were you down then? Stop hatin and runnin your d--k sucking mouths. Cell Block 11 Screwston, Texas.

- Its worth buying!

This album is is well worth buying, especially if your a true SPM fan. The thing I love most about the album is he poured his heart out. Its not all about rims and hoes on this album, its more about real life things. PLUS** its a double disc. Michael Watts chopps up the second disc and does a good job. Out of 15 songs I think about 8 are fire!

***FREE SPM***

- Not SPM's best but then again he was on lockdown.

If You are new to SPM, understand that I think he is talented and that he has many great songs:Bloody War, You know my name, Ooh Wee, Habitual Criminal, Wiggy Wiggy, etc. But this album is another thing.

With all the drama in SPMs life I can understand that he couldnt focus all his attention on this album. Still, this is music and I'm judging it for what it is, not for how good it could have been, I know it coul've been better. Basically, I think that this album is not too good. It's one of the only spm CDs that I own that I'd consider selling to a used cd store. As for songs, I'd keep "In my hood", "Real gangsta", maybe one more, i've listened to it like 3 times today and I don't feel that any of the songs sunk in well, like they did in the past. This is my honest opinion and I'm a true fan of this sub genre of rap, I have many SPM Albums, Latino velvet, Baby Bash, Kid Frost, etc

- One of the best albums I have ever bought

Its so inspiring and heartbreaking to hear some of his stories, I can relate to the way he feels on alot of things, Its not typical SPM with the fast beats and funny lyrics, this album is about proving that he misses his family and that he CAN'T BE STOPPED!
