- Classic Latifah but..... This song is a bit confusing vocally
Faith Evans has been credited as one of the writers for this song and I can't really tell whether or not she provides vocals. It is kind of difficult to tell since Latifah is singing instead of rapping on this song. I just saw this video on VH1 Soul and a special recordingfor the chorus and hook was used for the video and it was easy to tell that Faith Evans provided vocals for the video edition. On "She's a Queen : A Collection of hits" the song states "Featuring Faith Evans" and it is the same version I am questioning now. If Evans did provide vocals for the Album/LP version of this song, more of her should have been on it. Faith Evans and QL would make a great singing team.

- GREAT SINGLE!
This is a great song and I firmly enjoyed it. BUT IT! Also buy Queen Latifah " Order In The Court" and her up coming release.

- "It's Alright" by Queen Latifah
The "Nothing To Lose" soundtrack spawned a couple of good singles, "It's Alright," by Latifah being one of them. The track displays the Royal One's capability to compete with other female R&B crooners. The chorus is quite contagious and the beat is steady and dancable. In all, another sturdy release by her Royal Heiness, Queen Latifah. For a truthful and informative review, look for the signature name atop other rap, hip-hop and R&B titles at Amazon.com. ~Peace.
