Nelly Album: “Sweatsuit [Edited]”

Nelly Album: “Sweatsuit [Edited]”
Description :
SWEATSUIT brings together on one album all of the hits from Nelly's dual releases SWEAT and SUIT, both of which went multi-platinum. Cherry-picking the hits from both albums, SWEATSUIT includes the Neptunes-produced infidelity anthem "Play It Off," "Over and Over" with Tim McGraw," and the funky, mid-tempo "Playa," featuring Mobb Deep and Missy Elliott. This "recent greatest hits" set nicely represents Nelly's sultry, sing-songy pop-rap, with its debt to both classic R&B and contemporary hip-hop. Three new tracks, including the single "Grillz" (with guest spots by Paul Wall and Ali), are added bonuses.

- Combined into one?

This album is really tight cause it Is combined with 6 songs from Sweat, and 7 from Suit. There is four new tracks. They are Fly away,Grillz,Tired, and Nasty girl. Another reason it is good is because the people that did not have sweat or suit can get thirteen songs from sweat and suit plus four new tracks.I just got this album yesterday and I think it is really tight. So buy this album. Explicit or clean,it dosent matter to me.

Matthews top 5

1.Grillz feat. Paul Wall,Ali,And gipp

2.Fly Away

3.Na-nanana-na feat.Jazzie Pha

4.Flap Your wings

5.Over and over

- Gotta Love Nelly!

This album is Bananas...B-AN-A-NA-S! Nelly does it again by combining his best songs from Sweat and Suit together on one cd plus adding a couple of new tracks to get your attention to re-buy SweatSuit and he does a good job at it...you can't be mad at him....if you're feeling his new single "Grillz" you'll love the other new cuts(Tired and Nasty Girl--a remake of Big's song from Life After Death and the song is featuring B.I.G 2).....I give this album 5 stars! Go out and buy it! Even if you own both Sweat & Suit still go out and buy SweatSuit now you won't have to keep switching CDs to hear all the tracks you love!

- pop rap do i need to say more

It's artist like Nelly that ruion good rap called gangsta rap bringing it pop sounding...So if your like a 13 year girl or a elementary boy then you might like this cd...Im tire of this pop rap bring back the 90's sound the g funk beats with the synthnsiezer sounds and gutter rap talk...I would say 90% of rap sucks nowdays every onces in a while a few hardcore rappers that havent switch there sound bring us some good material like brotha lynch hung or spice 1 or even the dayton family so I hope this help yall stay away unless you like crap rap....

- Should've come out a year ago

I bought this album for one simple reason: I bought Suit and Sweat last winter, and afterwards, somehow lost the Suit album. So, being that this album has the best songs (for me, anyway) from both previous releases, I'm thinking in getting rid of the Sweat album. If you're a hardcore fan, you might want to give this a chance for the four new songs (but then again, if you ARE a hardcore fan, you probably have these tracks already). So, it would've been really cool to release this for the occassional fan like me, and plenty others, a year ago. If you don't have "Suit" or "Sweat", go for it, otherwise, spend your buck somewhere else.
