- mos def kicks it new old school

This is simultaneously one of the best and one of the funniest singles I've heard all year. Funny in that it brings a smile to your face when you hear Mos battle-rap himself. You really have to hear it fully appreciate it. I think Mos definitely had a lot of fun making this record -- and it shows. My favorite single right now and I just heard it last night.

- THE BEST SINCE SOUNDBOMBING II !!!!!!

MOS DEF is the best rapper of all time , and although some parts of this are slightly corny, it;s overall VERY GOOD!

this is simultaneously the best and funniest single I've heard in the past 12 months. Hearing Mos battle-rap himself is priceless. It sounds like mos had a lot of fun recording this single and it shows. This is my favorite single of the year and I've been bumping it non-stop since last week. It's good to see someone try to put out something different every once in a while.

- One for the ages to come.

Hope my titles don't scare people off, especially for great songs done by the Mighty Mos. I heard this song when I got the Ecko Unlimited Lyricist Lounge cd. With lines like" a buck fifty but still swinging like a heavy weight," you have to purchase it. That line right there would have knocked Ali off of his verbal horse. And last but not least the beat. Man, I hate trying to break dance. I can beat box better than most, but breakdancing, ooohhh, that's not good. But I actually tried when I heard that beat. That's how ill it is. Pick this up.
