- Madlib Does it Again!

Madlib does a great job as always with mixing classic reggae and dub music together in this mix. I would say it surpasses his first reggae and dub mix Blunted in the Bombshelter. This time around he gets a great flow going that you cant help get your head nodding to the groove. I wish he would release this one on vinyl. Perfectly released on April 20th. Enjoy and Inhale this great Mix by Madlib! Peace.

- Do Not Sleep On This One!

Deep within the reggae vaults where the vinyl is dusty and the air is thin comes another classic compilation from the the mysterious one they call MADLIB. THIS IS NOT FOR THE COMMERCIAL LOVING REGGAE MASSES! Beware, bumping this one will make your booty shake and the earth quake. If you love DUB MUSIC and that deep drum and bass reggae then this is what you need. Don't be mistaken, MADLIB knows a thing or two about true reggae music.

My hat's off to you, keep em coming.

This album is sick. its Reggae beats mixed with a twist of HipHop...

Fine mix of Rasta beats by the one and only Madlib!

- mad luv for madlib.

madlib is selector number one. his work with m.f. doom, j. dilla and frank nitty is outstanding. the medicine show no.4 420 chalice all stars is like listening to a roots, rock, reggae radio station on the island. madlib transforms the cuts on no.4 he turns them into one love. so spark that chalice i and i say...and enjoy.

- Good For The Car

Sometimes, while engaged in creative writing, I like to listen to DUB music, especially rootsy DUB from the 1970's. My only requirement is that the music have little-to-no vocals, because it's less distracting to the writing process. Therefore, this CD, which is LOADED WITH VOCALS, does not work (for me) at all as "writing music." However, it is perfect for the car, where I don't care if there are vocals. Therefore, I give it 4 stars. Not to be used (at least by me) as writing music, but perfect and (in fact) highly recommended for listening while driving in your car.
