- The one known only as.....The Ringmaster
The day has come, the time of reckoning. Who will perish in dreaded hell and who's soul will be content within the pleasures of heaven? Looking past the words spoken with a wicked tongue and looking past the evil deeds done in one's life, but instead looking into the conscious of man.
What is the real evil that seems to plague mankind? Who are the real demons that walk this earth? Is it those whose minds have become devious because of a lifetime spent inside of a caged hell, or is it those who invented this caged hell years ago and done nothing to help destroy it yet? Who's guilty, Frankenstein or the doctor that created him? The sword, or the man who has slain with it? Which is the real evil, the man who kills another for food or the man who does not share his food to avoid the killing? While you sit in judgement of a criminal, you may very well be the one who's guilty. Guilty of greed, deception and hate.
Those who are rejected at the gates of heaven, shall be dragged off into the pits of hell. Viciously torn from this life by the non-living, the phantoms of the dead. These beasts take the form of a demented carnival, that of a wicked, dark, circus, led by one. One who was created by your own evil ways. One who will judge your very fate. The one known only as... The Ringmaster.
This is by far the darkest and best icp album/Joker's Card ever. I love all of them but this is just incredible, I have been listening to this cd for years and still have it in my walkman on a regular basis. (I mean, you can't say this about alot of cds) I mean, the beat on " My Fun house" is a creaking door and it sounds great, not mnay bands could make that work. This was the first icp cd with just Violent J and Shaggy 2 dope ( Shagg's brother John "kickjazz" Ustler was in the band up until Carnival of Carnage and Greez-E was on the Beverly Kills ep.) If you love icp and for some odd demented reason don't own this cd yet, buy it right now. You will not regret it. I would give a personal run down of all the tracks but i don't think I would have the room so i will just list my personal favorites from this cd. Mr. Johnson's Head (Greatest icp song ever, I must have listened to this song 25 times the day I bought it) Murder-Go-Round. My Funhouse, Wagon Wagon, The Loons. I can not recommend this cd more. I hope this review helped, enjoy.

- All for the...RINGMASTER
Ok I have to admit that when I first bought this I was dissapointed. I thought it had no good lyrics or beats. I must have had my head up my arse coz this CD really kicks it! Now I listen to it the most aside from Riddlebox! It's old skool ICP and has a good dose of wicked shxt! My favourite song is 'The Loons" and also 'Bugs on my nutz"...a must buy! (Though I will say I don't like the original Chicken Huntin', the new one is a lot better). MCL JUGGALOS

- Highly misunderstood, yet very creative.
When I first heard this album, I thought it was the most dull, pointless album that ICP had ever put out. However, as I listened to it and gave it another chance, it started to grow on me. The songs on here are very demented, yet if you think about it, that's the kind of album that Ringmaster should be. While Carnival of Carnage was all out humor/horror, this is supposed to be a serious joker's card about death. Here's an overview of the tracks:
1. Wax Museum: 2/5 - Eh, this one just introduces everything. Just another intro.
2. Murder Go Round: 5/5 - Easily one of the best - this is one of the tracks that illustrates the concept of the album. Plus, the beat is cool, which gives it more listening value.
3. Chicken Huntin': 5/5 - Classic ICP song. Shows hatred for rednecks. This was remade on Riddle Box.
4. Mr. Johnson's Head: 5/5 - Very humorous. While it's not one of the album's conceptual songs, it's a fun one to hear.
5. Southwest Song: 4/5 - Somewhat unique track. I gave it 4 because it got rather boring.
6. Get Off Me Dog: 3.5/5 - I didn't like this one - lacked everything, really.
7. Who Asked You: 4/5 - Wicked song - very gruesome.
8. The Dead One: 3/5 - This was very disturbing.
9. My Fun House: 4/5 - Good Song.
10. For the Maggots: 4/5 - Title says it all.
11. Wagon Wagon: 4.5/5 - Another classic by ICP.
12. The Loons: 3/5 - This one didn't really please me too much. Don't know why.
13. Love Song: 4/5 - Good, but it's sequel is better. Another Love Song is found on the Amazing Jeckel Brothers.
14. Bugz on my Nutz: 4.5/5 - Great song. Rather demented, but it's ICP.
15. House of Mirrors: 5/5 - I find that on all of ICP's albums, the last song never fails. It's no different here - great song.
16. Ringmaster's Word: 3/5 - Just an outro. I don't count it as a last song.
This cd requires a lot of listens for you to like it, but once you start getting it, this is definately one of the better joker's cards. Buy it, but wait until you hear a few of the others first.

- This is one of the best cds by ICP and by anyone!
I think alot of songs on this cd makes ALOT of sence. "Mr Johnsons head" displays what a shut-in life could forse a nobody to do. "Southwest song" shows how life in the gutter gets so tireing and hard. "The Maggots" tell about the regular things that go on in a regular day where Shaggy and Violent J grew up. And "House of Mirrors"talks about how bigots and richies could help make places better to live but choose not to. So anyone who is hesitating to buy this cd let me remind you it is one of the very best and you will get alot out of it... it is so worth the money.

- ICP at their best
In my opinion,This is ICP's best CD they have ever made. This has their old skool style that you can't hear on "Great Milenko" or "The Amazing Jeckel Bros."...This has ICP classics on it such as "Murder Go Round","Chicken Huntin'",Mr.Johnson's Head",,"Bugz On My Nugz",and "Wagon,Wagon".They were raw as hell on this album,This CD has funny stuff, scary stuff, weird stuff, everything you know and love about ICP is on here. This is a classic ICP CD and I recommend any ICP fan get this.
