- Solar must have pictures
Just hearing the samples is enough to tell me this CD is more of what made 'Street Scriptures' a tombstone for Guru's artistic credibility. I won't speak to street credibility, since I have none but...oh what the heck! Even without any street cred I can tell this CD will take the sizzle out of Guru's fasizzle! I could make something more hardcore than this with my granny on the boards! As for Solar, no amount of PR spin will make this guy anything more than what he is: a 3rd rate clone who listened to too many Puff Daddy tracks in the 90s. Why Guru made yet another CD with this talentless zombie is beyond me. I can only guess Solar has majorly compromising pics of Guru and is blackmailing him.
- Guru, Jazzmatazz and the `8.0 Lost and Found
I liked Guru, and particularly his `Jazzmatazz' albums (Vols. 1-4). But this album '8.0 Lost and Found'? Previous reviewers have very accurately described how poor it is... and if they can talk about the impossibility of polishing turds, then for me, this album is at best one long series of astonishingly bad brain farts.

- Guru puts out another classic!
This album is amazing! I've been a fan of Guru's since the GangStarr days, and he takes it back to true hip-hop with this album. Solar helms production on the album, making this hip-hop legend shine yet again. Pick up this album to see what the game's been missing!!
