- Put some tape over Clue's mouth
Sure, DJ Clue has tons of guest stars and "everyone" should cop this album since anyone who's anyone is on this disc. BUT when he talks over the beat, it's annoying as Richard Simmons. Someone should really release a diss record about Clue. Only problem is that every rapper in the world has been on his discs.......oh well. Upcoming rappers: keep this in mind. Take your tracks to Funkmaster Flex. He just talks at the beginning and the end. Oh yeah, about this album: no one gives dap to the rapper with the illest lyrics on this joint. His name is Canibus, and he deserves more credit than "90 percent of you rappers out there." Speaking of the man who wrote that line, Canibus is the only one to diss Eminem ("U Didn't Care", among many) and leave him practically speachless. Think about that...
- EXCLUSIVE !!!
EXCLUSIVE!!
I bought this CD thinking that i was going to get a great hip hop mix. I was amazed at the number of great songs listed in the back. When i put the CD in I almost died! The songs aren't mixed together well at all, his voice is dubbed over at a higher level than the music, and he claims that the songs are "EXCLUSIVE!!"
The only thing that is exclusive about this CD is his RIDICULOUS voice, and his naieve mentality about being the best DJ in the world. (...)
- A classic joint!
Clue brings it hard with this cd and it feels good! Great music, great rappin, great everything. Great job Clue! And thank-you for an edited/clean version!

- DJ Clue always has street s...., NOW it's in stores
DJ Clue has always had hot s... in the streets, now it's at every Sam Goody, Circuit City, Best Buy and Willie's. The 1st time I heard Clue was when he had his seasonal editions of the latest music and freestyles back in 1996. Now it's January 1999 and "The Professional" is right at the top of the list of CD's to pick up along with DMX, Redman, Mr. Meth, Outkast, Busta, and if you haven't got Jay-Z by now contact a physician because you need some serious help. The CD starts out with P Ditty on the intro, and then comes the "Ruff Ryder's Anthem" (Remix) with Drag-On, Eve, The LOX and DMX. What makes the CD tight is that you have over 20 rappers delivering quality contributions on one CD. Most compilations and soundtracks these days can not deliver that. They have quality artists but the songs sound rushed and some of them should have never been made. Other quality contributions to the DJ Clue CD are by Jay-Z, Memphis Bleek, Ja, Nature , Nas, Flipmode, and Mobb Deep. Another brilliant idea, eventhough the song is short, is "It's My Thang 99" where EPMD, Keith Murray, and Redman rip through EPMD's classic joint. DJ Clue has managed to put all his hard work in the streets for years into one tight debut CD. As Redman would say, PICK IT UP!
