Disco de Dem Franchize Boyz: “On Top of Our Game [PA]”
Descripción (en inglés) :
Additional personnel: Charlay, DJ Unk, Da Brat, Jim Jones , Damon Dash, Trey Songz, Peanut, Bow Wow, Bun B (rap vocals).
Whether or not Dem Franchize Boyz are really on top of their game, as the title of their sophomore release claims, seems to be a subject of debate among hip-hop heads. But judging from the success of their self-titled debut, the popularity of the hit singles "White Tee" and "I Think They Like Me," and the deluxe packaging of this second album, they are certainly at their commercial apex.
The music on ON TOP OF OUR GAME offers more of what listeners enjoyed on their debut: smoked-out, head-nodding beats, raps from the Franchize clique, and hands-in-the-air, chant-along choruses. Producer Jermaine Dupri gives the whole set a colossally booming vibe well-suited to any bass-heavy sound system, and guest appearances by Bun B, Trey Songz, and Three 6 Mafia add a bit of glitter.

- More pop rap crap

Ok I'll admit I'm white and I know this not real rap....How in the world did 90's g funk rap come to this crap...It show that to be a rapper nowday's doesnt take alot of talent come up with a hit....All you need is a club beat and some dumb lines like I got ice and I'm rollin on dubs and it will sell regardless....I know I cant really convince most people not to buy this mainly because most modern rap fans nowday's are between the ages of 10-16 and there used to pretty boy rap....If your like me like real rap about the streets and not the materialistic crap not most average people can't relate to stay away....Good rappers a re like brotha lynch hung, scareface, gangsta n.i.p.,celly cel, spice 1,yukmouth,crime boss, bone thugs real artist that rep the street not backstreet boys or 98% rap...So bascially rap sucks now and Ive move to different type of music....

F*ck this group and F*ck the song "Lean Wit it, Rock Wit It" ,,, IM tired of people who know nothing about real music singing the lyrics and doing the stupid dances because everyone else seems to think its hip for the moment. Dem Franchize Boyz will fall off soon, they can ride the rodeo to the bottom of the graveyard along with Mike Jones, Paul Wall, Jim Jones, Young Jeezy, J Kwon, D4L, Mase, and Tony Yayo.............what happened to the days of Bone Thugs N Harmony, Pac and BIG, Ice Cube, Eazy E, Dre n Em, Twista, and Wu Tang? wen music was real and not this wack SHHHH*t!!!!!! DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP FOR ONE SONG OR TWO, if you want a one hit cd buy mc hammer or vanilla ice over this crap

D4L and DFB are hopefully never coming back. The wierd thing is that the only kids i've heard listening to this are the rich, suburban white kids that live down the street from me. They turn this up in thier cars and call it real rap. THis is not real rap.

HMMMM where do I begin? These clowns cant rap, the beats are putrid, plus their beef with D4l is about as interesting as a round of golf. Lean wit it, rock wit it has to be in the top 5 worst dance records ever plus the dance itself is stupid as f***! Am I the only one who sees something remotely gay about a bunch of guys dancing, snapping and popping with no females in the equation? As freaky as she wanna be(their dedication to their girlfriends D4L),featuring Trey Songz(he must want his career to end with all these bad collaborations), is about as childish as Cam'ron's Suck it or not. Songs like Dont play with me and Suckas wanna try me suffer from severe cases of lame hooks disease and lame rhymes disease. I think they like me was always trash and will someone please explain to me how do you ride rims(I wanna know)? Bottom Line: These c**nts need to disappear out of sight like their down low boyfriends D4l. They have no game to be on top of. F*** these losers and their lame ghetto square dance!
