- Common is SO NOT COMMON TO FIND!!!

I searched everywhere for this song!! Finally, thanks to Amazon, I ended up with this 2 track cd single. Oh well, I got the song, right? This song is beautiful ( track 2 is the original song, as seen in the music video.) Mary J. Blige is awesome, and everything she touches is perfect. I guess the track for me lost most its power without seeing the touching music video while hearing the lyrics. I say get it, its a great comfort song, and the beat is nice. A+

- this song exudes the vibe of unselfish and unconditional love....

I first heard this song, when I saw the music video. It shows Common coming back to his lover, to reconquer her heart. He proceeds to stand outside her second story bedroom window and hold up placards, illustrating his past, present and future with this woman in his life. This was a great way to add visuals to his beautiful lyrics. (example: "Are we living in a dream world?/Are your eyes still green girl?/I know you're sick and tired of arguing/But you can't keep it bottled in") I know these might sound like (deceptively) simplistic lyrics, but, underneath them lies the words of a true poet. Picture Common reciting these lyrics, with Mary J. Blige in the chorus. It is truly a heavenly combination and a great collaboration.

- da bomb!

the remix is da' bomb!. Featuring Erykah Badu, Q-tip and Pharrell, Jay-Dee does the production and beats on this one ...pure fire. The original is good too, but if you can find this one, its hot!!!!
