- More like Barf Bag

Here's the ringmaster of Infant Hip-Pop. (Lil' Romeo and Aaron Carter being his ridiculous little understudies). This music is absurd, lifeless and insulting. It's not even worth anymore of a review. I'm done. NEXT!

- Money talks...

The fact that any record company, ANYWHERE, would even CONSIDER releasing this vomit-inducing pile of garbage is proof enough that the world is in a sad state of affairs.

- "LIL' BOW WOW JUST BROUGHT IN A "DOGGY BAG" OF GOODIES"

After doing a terrific, or should I say, a BLAZIN' job on his last album, "Beware Of Dog", Lil' Bow Wow (Shad Moss) is bringing you an album that you can sing and dance to all day and all night. That's right, I'm talking about a bag. But not just any bag, a "Doggy Bag", and "Doggy Bag" is the title of Lil' Bow Wow's second album. This album is so good you can just play it over and over again and never stop. His first single, "Thank You" is about fans thanking him for all the love they supported him, and the song is really touching because the song is dedicated to "WHO ELSE" but the fans. Lil' Bow Wow did a good job on the video, JD, Jagged Edge, and Fundisha, too. I listened to another song called "Take You Home". That song, you can just dance, shake, the song is just full of excitement and creativity. The Neptunes, who produced the song, "Take You Home", comes out with a different style of music. I like the Neptunes, they're good. And there was another song that's for the ladies. Well, its not just for the ladies, its for everyone else called "All I Know". That's a nice, slow-rap song. The song expresses the boys and girls to have a good relationship in their lives. Now if your single, that's Okay. But still, listen to the song, you'll realize what love is all about. The last album, "Beware Of Dog", was a excitement with blazin' cuts like "Bounce With Me, Bow Wow (That's My Name), Puppy Love, and Ghetto Girls". But with an album that has good songs such as "Thank You", "Take You Home", "All I Know", "Crazy", and lots more, make sure you get "Doggy Bag". It's a crazy, but a good album. And when you get this album, you will here more songs on this album than the last album. Trust me, I got it.

KEEP DOING WHAT YOU'RE DOING, BOW WOW. YOU'RE A BIG MAN NOW. I'M OUT. PEACE!

- Did he even try?

Just by looking at my rating alone, some people may think I don't like this album because I'm not young enough to appreciate it. Actually, I had no problem with Bow Wow in the past. I think he has skills. But he sure isn't using them on here.

In most of these songs, all Bow Wow is doing is bragging about being 14 (at the time) and having more money than your daddy. And the guest stars don't help matters either. Several songs feature uninspired rapping from someone named Tigah (by the way, you know the rapper is wack if he keeps spelling out his name). Also, Da Brat's verse on "Crazy" doesn't seem to belong.

Since this is the second album from a So So Def rapper, you'll find the usual things on here like an obligatory speed-rapping song ("Crazy"), guest stars having bigger parts in the song than the artist has ("Pick Of The Litter"), three pointless skits IN ADDITION to the intro, and almost every (if NOT every) song containing a sample. By the way, there's a difference between sampling a song and just ripping it off, because the chorus to "All I Know" is the entire first verse of New Edition's "Candy Girl". And the song also features a weak interpolation of Jay-Z's "Ain't No N". Even the intro lifts Eazy-E's "We Want Eazy". (The intro is called "We Want Weezy". How creative.)

One thing I forgot to mention about this album is something else it does that is also common for second So So Def albums: after a bunch of weak songs, the album is over in about thirty minutes. If this label plans to have any kind of rap future, they better get their act together.
