Well when I found out Tupac was releasing another album with more unreleased material I was thinking it was going to ruin his legacy in that the material he would release now wouldnt be as good as past stuff.

Anyway I went out and bought the album and all i gotta say is WOW!!!

This album is totally off the hook!! This proves that Tupac was the best rapper ever. The thing is there are some rappers that cant release a decent album when they are alive but this guys been dead 6 years and he comes up wid dis. All I gotta say that is totally amazin and it blew me away.

It may not quite be up there with "all eyes on me" but hey then again no album will ever be.

Tupac is an artist that has inspired most/all of the artists (rap) that we hear 2day. Tupac shocked the fans with his greatest album of all time, All Eyez on Me. Better Dayz, his latest release, was created during the Makaveli period. Here is a breakdown of this amazing album: (on a scale of one to five)

I highly recommend this CD(s) . As u see from my breakdown of all of the tracks, none of the tracks are bad. Tupac has been a huge name in Hip-Hop, and set the way for many young aspiring artists of today and to come.

Tupac Shakurs latest post-death album "Better Dayz" continues the legacy of hiphops most loved MC. Another double album, twenty five tracks in total with guest appearances from well known artists like Trick Daddy, Nas, Mya, Tyrese, his crew the outlawz, Big Syke, and more appearances from less artist like T.I., B.D.I., Kimmy Hill, Nutso, A.Hamilton, Mr. Biggs, Buckshot, and BB brothers. Executive produced by Afeni Shakur and Suge Knight, some of the producers include 7 Aurelius, Johnny J, DJ Quick, BRISS & Jazze Pha. 1st single is "Thugz Mansion", second is "My Block" (remix). Recordings from this album come from the period 1994-1996, the last two years of Shakurs life. As a Pac fan who is followed him from the beginning, been waiting for this album ever since his last recording "Untill the end of Time". Album starts with raw thugged out tracks like "Still Balling", "When we ride on our Enemies", "F**K em all", classic pac emotional, angry in some cases and always entertaining. On "Mamas Just a Little Girl", Pac shows his softer side, with inspirational thought provoking music. "Street Fame" is another hardcore track, next comes "Fair Exchange" an upbeat track, where Pac talks to the ladies, "Late Night" is a laid back mellow party track. "Ghetto Star" and "Thugz Mansion" feat. Nas Acoustic close off disc one well. These 13 tracks alone could make a complete album. "My Block" (Remix) the albums second single is a track about the ghetto, and growing up poor, track is thought provoking and reflective track, one of those tracks you can replay over and over again. Next comes "Thugz Mansion" that track you will hear on the radio, produced by 7 Aurelius, another nice track. Next comes "Never Call U "B**** again" feat. Tyrese, nice Rap/R&B collab track. This is followed by the title track "Better Dayz" which uses Isley brother vocals, which at the moment is my favourite track. "There you Go", "This Life I Lead", "Who do you Believe In" all standout on Disc 2, and the album is closed well with "They dont give a F*** about us". Beats, Vocals, Lyrics, and Production tight all throughout, making "Better Dayz" another classic from raps legendary MC.

well now i've seen other reviewers knockin' this cd hard and i've also seen people ride Pac's jock without giving too much reason for example "oh 2Pac was this________" whatever the blank they don't describe how this cd is great. While i'll admit the ppl that are hatin give some valid points. So with all that inmind this is my review.

See every1 including the official reviewer of this album on this site have mentioned "these are studio leftovers" blah blah blah that is just plain wrong because if you know anything about 2pac's recording time & official people that knew him that stood nothing to gain by lying have said he intended perfectly for the songs to be released whether or not in this form for after he died so with that in mind i'll focus on some tracks that need light on them

> Still Ballin' - because of the revamped beat it becomes a very high energy track something Until The End Of Time was lacking abit so in my mind it is very fresh along with the unlikely pairing of Trick Daddy who surprisingly sounds very very good trading rhymes off with the late great Mr. Shakur

> Mama's Just A Little Girl - great track it was also called Dear Mama Part. 2 by 2pac him self and it shows 2Pac's touching side well with some nice slowed down RnB Production

> When We Ride on Our Enemies - the unreleased versions original production was way way better it had more of Hit Em Up type feel to which gave this track a little more than a diss but unfortunately through the updated beat it loses most of it's shimmer but 2pac's words are lyrical fire none the less and he sounds really good because you can really feel the anger in his voice like he is high on sumthin' like the track All Out on Until The End Of Time

> Ghetto Star - ppl who enjoyed the ooriginal Pac tracks will love thsi simply because it is basically an untouched track with Nutt-So making one of the few good guestings on the album

> Thugz Mansion (Accoustic Remix) - again the site reviewer is wrong. Tha Outlawz Pac's best homies (who aren't the best with Suge Knight who you state gets Nas on this)have stated the beef was pretty much officially squashed except for acctually going in an recording a track together and the track is a real smooth laid back feel with Nas one of the best rappers alive sharing the Mic with 2Pac one of the best rappers ever

> My Block Remix - GREAT TRACK it has the whole teacher but not preacher vibe that alot of good Tupac songs had like Changes, White Man's World, Krazy, Until The End Of Time with a way way better beat than the original, the original just had no life

> Fame - this track is a true gem it was also 100% with out a doubt supposed to be released because in an interview right before 2Pac died he talks about this song and "sing's" the chorus for the interviewer and he talks about how syked he is about it and 2pac spits off another very teachy type song and he writes a very catchy chorus which one might not expect & Kadafi (R.I.P) of Tha Outlawz makes the best guesting on the album

these are my pics for the most interesting tracks on the album but there are many many more great tracks on the album that will have you thinking and wanting to bump in your ride or at a party, pic it up it's great i only wish he were here

tupac is the greatest mc of all time and will always be the greatest. nobody is even on the same level as him. when somebody can drop albums like pac did 2 or 3 in a year, and then every song on every album is good. then you can start comparing them to pac. but nobody can be like pac. if pac was still here half of the fake rappers like jay z, ja rule etc. wouldn't be successful, cause pac would clown on them and take over everyone!! and if he was sill here i know for a fact jay z wouldn't be taking some of his music for his songs, and that goes for nas too. anyways the cd is awseome, if you don't have it go get it, and i can't wait for pac to make his return he's going to rule the world again!!!!!!!!!!!! peace!
